Order a taxi by calling 0200 10041, using the Taxidata app or via the web form on our website.

If you have any special needs, please let us know when you place your order so that we can reserve a suitable vehicle for you and make the necessary arrangements in advance. Special needs may include mobility aids, a child safety seat, large luggage (i.e. a bicycle), a pet, or an allergy-free car.

According to the current Road Traffic Act, children under the age of 3 must use a child safety seat when traveling in a taxi.

Children over the age of 3 but shorter than 135 cm tall may be transported in a taxi using a seat belt, provided they are not seated in the front seat.

You can use your own child safety seat in our taxis, and it is a good idea to mention this when making your reservation. You can also order a child safety seat from us for a surcharge of €15. Child safety seat reservations must always be made by phone.

Yes. We transport children safely i.e. to school and hobbies every day. When placing your order, please provide the child’s name, age, and any special needs. Please also note that the customer is liable for compensation if the customer cannot be reached.

Ordering in advance is recommended when you want to make sure the transport takes place at a specific time or if you are travelling with a larger group.

We accept most common credit and debit cards, cash and Taxidatas taxi cards. The payment is always made in the taxi at the end of the trip.

If you forgot something in a taxi you can call our taxi dispatch center and we will help you 0200 10041. It’s helpful if you have saved the receipt from your taxi trip so that we can get all the information needed to locate the right car.

Yes. Pets are also welcome in Taxidatas taxis. Please let us know about your pet when you place your order so that we can arrange suitable transportation for you and your pet.

Allergy-free cars are also available upon request.
